After the opening remarks, guests feasted on a special buffet prepared by Nazai Catering.
I enjoyed seeing Chefs Jorge Naveda Guerra and Eliana Hadweh Zaidan again. They combine Ecuadorian food in new ways and make wonderful creations. Their presentation is excellent.
I tried native Ecuadorian tuna topped with a special chocolate sauce made of pure cacao. It’s an unlikely combination, but it is absolutely delicious.
Thank you to the Ecuador Ministry of Tourism for all of your lovely hospitality. I enjoyed meeting Ab. Carlos J. Larrea Cespo, Vice Minister of Tourism and to see Andre Obiol, Comisera Cadena Hotelera again.
